Sales Executive Digital Assets

As a Sales Executive Digital Assets at 3S Money, you'll expand the company's presence in European markets by bringing on new institutional clients in the digital asset space. You'll join the existing Sales Executive team and work across 3S Money's European offices in France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, or Latvia on a hybrid basis.

What you'll do

• Build a robust pipeline with prospective clients and convert them into 3S Money account holders
• Share best practices with the existing team and provide leadership
• Explore global markets across industries, locations, and communities
• Identify, target, and nurture potential partners such as service providers
• Work with leadership to strategise on rolling out existing and new products
• Develop and execute strategies to increase company revenue

What you bring

• 3+ years of proven outbound sales experience with dedicated crypto institutional exposure in the digital asset/Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales
• Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability
• An active book of business and network across hedge funds, HFTs, banks, and asset managers
• Experience working across European markets
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities
• Fluent English plus native-level proficiency in at least one other main European language
