Sales manager

As a Sales Manager at Blaize, you expand our core sales team in the blockchain and crypto development space. You drive business development with foreign customers, leveraging lead generation and your understanding of the software development lifecycle to close deals in DeFi, NFTs, protocols, and smart contract auditing.

What you'll do

• Build and execute sales strategies targeting IT companies and blockchain clients internationally
• Conduct lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms
• Present Blaize's services and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
• Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and align solutions

What you bring

• At least 2+ years of sales experience in IT with international clients
• At least 1+ years of lead generation experience in IT (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset and solid business sense
• Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent task and time management skills

• Experience in the blockchain domain
