Sales Manager (Vietnam) - Experience in Crypto/ Forex

As a Sales Manager at WeTrade, you lead and grow our sales activities in the Vietnamese market. You drive revenue growth, expand our local client base, and play a key role in strengthening WeTrade's presence in Vietnam by introducing our products and services to local traders.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in Vietnam
• Monitor sales performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and revenue
• Lead, motivate, and support the local sales team
• Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members
• Coach team members to improve sales effectiveness, client engagement, and business development capabilities
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and ethical sales culture
• Provide regular market feedback and actionable insights to regional and global management teams
• Identify opportunities to improve product positioning and go-to-market strategies for Vietnamese traders
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, financial influencers, and other strategic partners
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local market practices and global corporate standards, upholding WeTrade's core values

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within Forex, Fintech, or Financial Services
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing or leading a sales or business development team
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese trading market, including IB networks, affiliates, financial influencers, and local investor behaviour
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales or revenue targets
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and public-speaking skills
• Native-level Vietnamese and professional fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Fluency in Mandarin
