Sales Manager (Web3, Blockchain & AI Solutions)

As a Sales Executive at Blockcoaster, you drive B2B consultative sales for Web3, Blockchain, and AI solutions. You convert inbound leads, conduct cold outreach across Telegram and LinkedIn, and close high-ticket software development contracts for enterprise and startup clients seeking blockchain, smart contract, AI, and DeFi services.

What you'll do

• Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise and startup clients seeking Web3, smart contract, AI, and blockchain development services
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client technical requirements and map appropriate solutions
• Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from initial outreach to contract execution
• Collaborate with technical architects to prepare project proposals, scope estimates, and pitch decks
• Represent Blockcoaster across Web3 networks, ecosystem events, and online communities

What you bring

• Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience explicitly within Web3, Blockchain, DeFi, Smart Contracts, or Tech Consulting
• A solid understanding of Web3 ecosystem mechanics, dApps, AI integration, and software development lifecycles
• A proven track record closing high-value B2B service contracts with ticket sizes from $10k to $100k and above
• A strong presence on LinkedIn and active familiarity with Telegram and X (Twitter) for networking
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills
