Sales Specialist

As a Senior Sales Executive at CryptoMiners Intl' Group, you own the complete sales cycle for high-value ASIC mining and energy infrastructure deals in Abu Dhabi. You apply consultative, real estate-style selling to HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors, managing complex transactions ranging from AED 500K to multi-million dirham projects.

What you'll do

• Execute high-value consultative sales by understanding client capital deployment strategies and matching them with ASIC mining and energy products across the full sales cycle
• Prospect and develop new business with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors in the UAE, building long-term relationships
• Lead pricing, delivery timeline, and hosting term negotiations, coordinating with engineering and pre-sales teams to structure technical solutions for custom deployments
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems, providing accurate forecasting and reporting on deal status and market feedback
• Stay informed on Bitcoin mining trends, hardware cycles, hashprice dynamics, and local market conditions to advise clients effectively

What you bring

• Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for high-end real estate, luxury goods, or high-ticket B2B sales in capital equipment, infrastructure, or energy
• Proven ability to close deals with a hunter mentality, excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Fluency in English, verbal and written
• An existing network or established relationships with institutional clients, HNWIs, and family offices in the UAE

Nice to have

• Experience selling ASIC miners or working in the crypto or energy sector
• Fluency in Arabic
