Security Intelligence Analyst

As a Security Intelligence Analyst at CryptoMize, you join the security cell that feeds both the company's defense and its client-facing cyber threat intelligence work. CryptoMize sells threat intelligence to clients across 18 countries, which means your vigilance on emerging threats, malware analysis, and industry collaboration directly shapes the intelligence the agency depends on. This is a full-time, permanent position based at the New Delhi HQ.

What you'll do

• Gather information on emerging threats through feeds, research, and peer exchange, with the discipline to review them daily
• Operate the detection stack including IDS, SIEM, and WAF tooling with case-management processes and metrics that turn them into an early-warning system
• Analyse malware data encountered in operations, including behaviour, indicators, and campaign lineage
• Conduct incident response and security investigations, triage priorities, and introduce incident-management improvements from each event
• Write SQL queries against event stores when direct analysis is needed beyond dashboards
• Collaborate with industry peers and share findings as part of the collective defence effort
• Feed the client-facing cyber threat intelligence products with the same vigilance you apply to internal defense

What you bring

• Strong understanding of web and VoIP protocols, attack methods, and attack footprints
• Demonstrated skill operating IDS, SIEM, and WAF systems with case management and metrics
• Ability to conduct incident response and security investigations with triage and prioritisation under live conditions
• Experience in malware data analysis and indicator extraction
• Proficiency writing SQL against event and telemetry stores
• Capability in threat-feed evaluation and fusion
• Compliance and regulatory awareness for personal-data protection
• Ability to communicate findings as written intelligence that decision-makers act on
• Sound judgement in peer collaboration and responsible disclosure
• Clearance-grade discretion, non-negotiable

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk
• Hands-on use of Wireshark for packet-level analysis
• Access to or experience with sandboxed malware analysis environments
