Senior Accountant / Accountant

As a Senior Accountant or Accountant at TRON DAO, you manage on-chain asset reconciliation, financial wallet operations, payment reviews, and crypto-fiat financial reporting. You work across DeFi staking revenue, exchange wallets, and blockchain transactions to ensure complete financial accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

What you'll do

• Reconcile DeFi staking revenue using on-chain explorer data to verify financial accuracy and reporting integrity
• Partner with the risk team to verify on-chain staking rewards and coordinate with the wallet team on timely exchange account crediting
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve abnormal transactions, discrepancies, and reward variances
• Query and extract raw data directly from the internal system database
• Reconcile weekly and monthly financial wallets across spot, margin, futures, staking revenue and other categories
• Analyze asset movements to identify, flag, and mitigate abnormal or unauthorized transactional behavior
• Evaluate incoming payment requests against internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Validate crucial payment details including vendor credentials, wallet addresses, blockchain networks, and transaction amounts
• Act as primary point of contact to resolve payment discrepancies and clarify transaction details with requestors
• Manage and submit weekly Business Process Management (BPM) requests to the CN Fiat Team for executive approvals
• Execute month-end closing, ensuring all crypto and fiat transactions are accurately recorded in QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts to evaluate upcoming crypto and fiat liquidity requirements

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and reporting, with audit experience preferred
• Proven hands-on experience with accounting processes
• Proactive approach, able to work independently and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Experience in crypto exchanges and blockchains highly preferred
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
