Senior Admin Specialist (Contractor)

As a Senior Admin Specialist (Contractor) at Bybit, you support the smooth operation of our offices globally. You manage front desk operations, coordinate office services, and ensure the team has what it needs to work effectively across our growing digital financial platform serving over 80 million users.

What you'll do

• Ensure smooth front desk operations, including visitor management, courier and mail handling, and cross-departmental communication
• Support daily office operations, collaborate with pantry assistants on office upkeep, manage office supplies, and maintain adequate inventory
• Support the planning, organizing, and coordinating of events
• Liaise with vendors and building management for facilities maintenance, office supplies, and services
• Handle ad-hoc duties as needed

What you bring

• Relevant experience in front desk and office administration
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Strong adaptability, communication, organizational, and judgement skills
