Senior Advisor, Product Management — Cryptographic Security Solutions

As a Senior Advisor for Product Management at Dell Technologies, you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for Dell's cryptographic security portfolio within the Infrastructure Solutions Group. You will own data encryption, PKI, TLS, security SDKs/APIs, and FIPS 140-compliant solutions, working directly with enterprise customers, federal agencies, and partners to define the future of enterprise encryption and key management.

What you'll do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise encryption, PKI services, TLS implementations, and key management solutions, engaging directly with enterprise customers, federal agencies, and partners
• Serve as subject matter expert on FIPS 140 requirements and support CAVP/CMVP certification processes, including lab coordination
• Own product strategy for developer cryptographic SDKs and APIs, enabling encryption, certificate lifecycle management, and key management integration
• Oversee Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices, including threat modeling, secure coding standards, cryptographic implementation reviews, and vulnerability management
• Drive release communications, customer-facing advisories, and cross-functional delivery for cryptographic SDK/API products
• Identify innovation opportunities including post-quantum cryptography readiness, Zero Trust integration, and crypto-agility

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in product management, security engineering, or cryptographic solutions in the technology industry
• Deep expertise in FIPS 140-2/140-3 standards and the CMVP validation process
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA-2/3, TLS 1.2/1.3), PKI/X.509, and post-quantum cryptography
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex cryptographic concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• An MS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or an MBA
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or other relevant credentials
• Experience in the federal or government market
• Experience with HSM platforms such as Thales Luna or Entrust nShield, PKCS#11, and KMIP interfaces
