Senior Advisor, Product Management — Cryptographic Security Solutions

As a Senior Advisor, Product Management for Cryptographic Security Solutions at Dell Technologies, you drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for Dell's cryptographic security portfolio, including data encryption, PKI, TLS, security SDKs/APIs, and FIPS 140-compliant solutions. You join the Infrastructure Solutions Group, where you engage directly with enterprise customers, federal agencies, and partners to shape the future of enterprise security technology.

What you'll do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise encryption, PKI services, TLS implementations, and key management solutions, engaging directly with enterprise customers, federal agencies, and partners.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FIPS 140 requirements and support CAVP/CMVP certification processes, including lab coordination.
• Own product strategy for developer cryptographic SDKs and APIs, enabling encryption, certificate lifecycle management, and key management integration.
• Oversee Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices, including threat modeling, secure coding standards, cryptographic implementation reviews, and vulnerability management.
• Drive release communications, customer-facing advisories, and cross-functional delivery for cryptographic SDK/API products.
• Identify innovation opportunities including post-quantum cryptography readiness, Zero Trust integration, and crypto-agility.

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, security engineering, or cryptographic solutions in the technology industry.
• Deep expertise in FIPS 140-2/140-3 standards and the CMVP validation process.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA-2/3, TLS 1.2/1.3), PKI/X.509, and post-quantum cryptography.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex cryptographic concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• An MS in Cybersecurity or Computer Science, or an MBA.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CSSLP.
• Federal or government market experience.
• Experience with HSM platforms such as Thales Luna or Entrust nShield, PKCS#11, or KMIP interfaces.
