Senior Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at P2P.org, the largest institutional staking provider with over $10B in TVL and more than 20% market share in restaking, you design and build the data infrastructure that powers business intelligence across the organization. You work with a global team serving clients including BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, and SBI.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain business data marts to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.
• Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) for core business entities such as clients, networks, and products to ensure a consistent source of truth.
• Automate client and internal business reporting, reducing manual processes and improving reliability of insights.
• Develop and support data pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data, ensuring high data quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and own critical business dashboards that provide clear visibility into business health and proactively surface insights and anomalies to stakeholders.

What you bring

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills using Python with libraries such as pandas and numpy.
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow and dbt for ETL orchestration and transformation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong data storytelling ability—you form clear hypotheses, validate them with data, and communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders, take ownership of analytical tasks, decompose problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google BigQuery.
• Experience in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
