Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Crypto Payment Processing)

As a Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Alex Staff, you establish, test, and scale the marketing engine working directly with the CEO. You manage the full marketing function solo, handling execution through external agencies, freelancers, and contractors while taking hands-on ownership of market research, positioning, website updates, and lead generation.

What you'll do

• Establish and scale the B2B marketing function from scratch by testing low-cost hypotheses, measuring ROI, and scaling successful channels.
• Develop brand positioning, tone of voice, and sales collateral including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks, while overseeing website updates and redesigns.
• Build multi-channel acquisition funnels spanning performance marketing, SEO, PR, content marketing, and offline event activations.
• Select, brief, and manage external agencies and freelancers including designers, copywriters, performance specialists, SEO, and PR teams.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate ROI for international B2B industry conferences, including booth setup, client invitations, and on-site meeting schedules.
• Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market sizing to advise leadership on target geographies, verticals, and value propositions.

What you bring

• 6+ years of marketing experience with at least 2+ years specifically in B2B fintech, payment gateways, or crypto payment processing.
• A hands-on track record building marketing functions from scratch as a solo marketer or in compact teams of 2-3 people.
• Demonstrated ability to set KPIs, manage budgets, and evaluate performance for external agencies handling SEO, PR, and performance marketing.
• Experience conducting B2B customer research interviews, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
• Experience building sales enablement materials and managing presence at international B2B trade shows and conferences.
• Fluent English at C1 level minimum for international customer research and global merchant communications.
• Residence outside Russia and Belarus with unhindered access to global marketing platforms.
• High autonomy, self-direction, a data-driven approach, and the ability to receive direct constructive feedback.
