Senior B2B Marketing Manager (Crypto Payment Processing)

As a Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Alex Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to establish, test, and scale the marketing engine for a licensed international crypto payment processing platform. You take full hands-on ownership of market research, positioning, website updates, and lead generation while managing execution through external agencies, freelancers, and contractors.

What you'll do

• Establish and scale the B2B marketing function from scratch, testing low-cost hypotheses, measuring ROI, and scaling successful channels
• Develop brand positioning, tone of voice, and sales collateral including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks, and oversee website updates and redesigns
• Build multi-channel acquisition funnels including performance marketing, SEO, PR, content marketing, and offline event activations
• Select, brief, and manage external agencies and freelancers such as designers, copywriters, performance specialists, SEO, and PR teams
• Plan, execute, and evaluate ROI for international B2B industry conferences, including booth setups, client invitations, and on-site meeting schedules
• Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market sizing to advise executive leadership on target geographies, verticals, and value propositions

What you bring

• 6+ years of total marketing experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in B2B fintech, payment gateways, or crypto payment processing
• A hands-on track record of building marketing functions from scratch, either as a solo marketer or in compact teams of 2-3 people
• Demonstrated ability to set KPIs, manage budgets, and evaluate performance for external agencies including SEO, PR, and performance marketing
• Experience conducting B2B customer development interviews, competitor analysis, and market segmentation
• Experience building sales enablement materials and managing presence at international B2B trade shows and conferences
• Fluent English at C1 level minimum for international customer research and global merchant communications
• Residence outside Russia and Belarus with unhindered access to global marketing platforms
• High autonomy, self-direction, a data-driven approach, and resilience to direct constructive feedback
