Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager

As a Senior Manager of Business Operations & Strategy at BVNK, you act as a strategic force multiplier across the company. You architect and own strategic initiatives across three core pillars: Strategic Planning, Cross-Functional Delivery, and AI Enablement & Scale. Working closely with the executive team, you solve the business's hardest unstructured problems, challenge assumptions, and scale the operating cadence across the entire organization.

What you'll do

• Architect, govern, and own the company-wide strategic planning process and OKR engine, partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to drive alignment, evaluate strategic trade-offs, and refresh corporate priorities
• Bridge product, engineering, and commercial teams to align product roadmaps with go-to-market strategies, including leading on expansion and vertical strategies where necessary
• Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis, market sizing, and financial modeling to evaluate new growth vectors, strategic bets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation
• Mobilize and lead complex, mission-critical cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, establishing accountability frameworks to turn enterprise-level strategies into measurable business outcomes
• Champion organizational efficiency by deploying AI tools, automation workflows, and scalable operational playbooks to optimize cross-departmental productivity and eliminate operational friction

What you bring

• 8 to 12 years of experience in fast-paced tech environments, with a proven track record in strategy & operations (S&O) or business operations (BizOps) roles
• Deep experience directly influencing and advising C-level executives, presenting complex trade-offs, and driving alignment across conflicting priorities
• A solid track record leading complex, company-critical strategic initiatives end-to-end with ownership and results that exceed expectations
• Ability to distill ambiguous problems into simple, actionable direction, ensuring organizational understanding of the why, what, and when of critical initiatives
• Intellectual curiosity, innate hunger, and courage to work with high levels of ambiguity and imperfect information, challenging assumptions at all levels of the organization
• An AI-native builder mindset with a bias toward AI-first doing: designing growth strategies, analyzing data, implementing solutions, and owning everything in between at uncompromising pace
