As a Senior Consultant in Digital Assets & Blockchain Advisory at be group, you will join the Capital Markets & Investment Banking team in Milan, supporting financial institutions, fintech companies, and market operators as they navigate the regulatory, strategic, and operational challenges of a rapidly evolving sector. You will work on frontier topics that are transforming global financial markets, helping clients develop innovative business models linked to digital assets.

What you'll do

• Support financial institutions and market operators in interpreting and implementing major regulatory frameworks for digital assets, including MiCAR, DLT Pilot Regime, AML/CFT, Market Abuse Regulation, and related regulations.
• Analyse organisational, operational, and technological impacts arising from regulatory evolution.
• Monitor the market and major international trends, evaluating innovative business solutions and technologies in the digital assets and blockchain space.
• Contribute to defining strategies, business cases, and transformation roadmaps, formulating recommendations based on sector benchmarks and best practices.
• Design target operating models and organisational structures, coordinating stakeholders from business, compliance, risk, and technology.
• Manage complex project initiatives, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with client strategic objectives.
• Interact with senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making and business evolution.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience gained in consulting firms, financial institutions, fintech companies, or specialist digital assets and blockchain operations.
• A master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem, its market and financial dynamics, and major technology solutions.
• Experience on project initiatives related to blockchain, tokenisation, DLT infrastructure, digital asset custody, exchanges, or related services.
• Excellent knowledge of European and international regulations concerning digital assets and major sector regulatory developments.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and translate strategic objectives into concrete operational initiatives.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
