Senior Data Scientist, Product

As a Senior Data Scientist, Product at Robinhood, you will help answer foundational questions to shape Robinhood Gold, the company's premium subscription product. You will identify the right customers for Gold, determine which offers and incentives drive signups and retention, and collaborate closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize key initiatives and measure business impact. What you'll do

• Support the Growth organization, focusing on Gold subscriptions
• Design and analyze experiments to test new features, offers, and campaign strategies
• Analyze customer behavior and identify new opportunities to grow Gold through improved targeting, retention, and messaging
• Collaborate with partners in Product, Marketing, and Finance to prioritize key initiatives and measure business impact clearly

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
• Experience as a Product Data Scientist or in a similar role, partnering closely with product teams to directly shape product strategy and roadmap decisions
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience designing experiments and interpreting results to guide product decisions
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to successfully implement projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription, recurring-revenue, or membership business models
