Senior Director of Partnerships

As Senior Director of Partnerships at California Cryptocurrency Consultants, you lead and expand strategic relationships that drive growth and enhance the firm's market position. You identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with institutions, platforms, and key ecosystem participants in the cryptocurrency space, overseeing the development and negotiation of partnership agreements while coordinating execution across trading, operations, legal, and marketing teams.

What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with institutions, platforms, and key ecosystem participants in the cryptocurrency space
• Oversee the development and negotiation of partnership agreements to ensure alignment with the firm's business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with trading, operations, legal, and marketing teams
• Manage high-value partner accounts, monitor performance metrics, and refine partnership strategies
• Represent the firm at industry events and meetings
• Mentor team members involved in business development and partnership management
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning

What you bring

• Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management and clear, concise business writing
• Proven experience in strategic partnerships and developing high-impact collaborations in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency
• Demonstrated account management capabilities, including relationship building, retention, and performance monitoring
• Expertise in strategic planning and sales to design and execute partnership roadmaps that support revenue and growth targets
• A solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading concepts, and digital asset ecosystems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Limoges and collaborate in an analytical and compliance-conscious environment
