Senior Executive Assistant

As a Senior Executive Assistant at OKX, you sit at the intersection of strategic execution and executive operations. You combine program management ownership with high-touch executive support, working closely with senior leadership to drive critical initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive execution, track risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Manage senior leadership's calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense processing, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Act as a trusted proxy for executives, coordinating priorities, follow-ups, and communications across internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare program updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, and facilitate meetings to drive decision-making and alignment
• Establish and maintain program governance, workflows, and documentation while continuously improving processes
• Manage the merchandise program end-to-end, including vendor sourcing, procurement cycles, inventory management, budget tracking, and fulfilment for company events
• Provide administrative support and manage strategic projects for the CEO office

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management, operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and deliver pragmatic solutions
• A proactive, self-starting approach with end-to-end ownership mentality, highly organised and effective in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse internal and external audiences
• An AI-forward working style: you actively use AI tools to boost productivity and output quality, and can critically evaluate AI-generated content and apply sound judgment before sharing with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across the region
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for leadership meetings and regional site visits
• A current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship
