Senior Full-Stack React/Node & NFT Gaming Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack React/Node & NFT Gaming Developer at MixMob, you own the evolution of the React codebase and collaborate across the entire game stack. You work 100% remotely with a team of gaming veterans from FIFA, Halo, Battlefield, and PokerStars, helping build a truly player-owned gaming platform on Solana that rewards creativity and style alongside skill.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of the React codebase and drive its evolution
• Collaborate closely with the external Unity Game Dev team to integrate the multiplayer gaming platform
• Design and build APIs for player data management
• Work with the crypto services team to ensure secure and fast transactions for players
• Identify technical issues proactively and contribute to technical briefs
• Maintain the highest standards of code quality, automated testing, and technical architecture through code reviews and design evaluation
• Create innovative solutions to significant technical challenges, including tools and services
• Push product development with users' needs first and MixMob's unique experience in mind, staying lean and agile
• Help with CI/CD pipelines when required
• Provide technical leadership and insights to the leadership team
• Play an active role in recruiting and interviewing engineers
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and help the team embrace MixMob's technical, creative, and cultural ecosystem

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Production experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, and C#
• Experience developing for multi-tenant cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with Gitflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction volume systems
• Experience using JIRA, Notion, and other project management tools in production
• Strong critical thinking, project management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to innovate, plan, and execute autonomously
• BS or greater in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
