Senior Fullstack Web3 Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Web3 Engineer at Apps Cyclone, you build and operate Web3 products from user interface to backend and blockchain integration. You turn unclear requirements into useful, reliable software, use AI coding tools throughout delivery, own technical decisions, understand the changes you ship, and verify that they work for users in production.

What you'll do

• Partner with product and engineering leads to define scope, acceptance criteria, and balance delivery time, cost, reliability, and maintainability
• Build and maintain fullstack features: UI, APIs, data models, and blockchain integrations from testing to production monitoring
• Work with AI coding agents by providing context, defining bounded tasks, reviewing code, and rejecting incorrect outputs
• Debug critical behavior by reproducing failures, identifying root causes, checking error paths, authorization, data integrity, and performance
• Protect Web3 user flows by managing wallet connections, signing, transaction states, onchain/offchain consistency, retries, and external service failures
• Ensure safe operations: plan migrations, monitoring, and rollback strategies; improve architecture and prioritize technical debt by impact
• Raise team standards through code reviews, sharing AI workflows, mentoring teammates, and flagging delivery risks early

What you bring

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on ownership of production features end-to-end across frontend and backend, including technical decisions, implementation, and post-release outcomes
• Experience building or maintaining a blockchain-powered product or production integration, with a strong grasp of wallet, transaction, and security considerations
• Practical experience using AI coding tools to improve delivery: delegating tasks, reviewing code, and intervening when needed
• Strong fundamentals in data modeling, APIs, authentication/authorization, testing, Git workflows, and system failure modes
• Ability to read, explain, debug, and modify code, including AI-generated code
• Experience with Node.js/TypeScript, React or Vue, SQL databases, and REST or GraphQL APIs (prior use of every listed language or framework is not required)
• Strong judgment and ownership: choose simple solutions, understand trade-offs, and take accountability through resolution
• Security mindset: protect credentials and confidential data when using AI tools
• Clear collaboration: communicate decisions and risks, respond constructively to feedback, and manage priorities
