Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at ConsenSys, you'll set strategy and execute lifecycle campaigns across all ConsenSys products, including MetaMask and Linea. You'll use customer data to drive personalization at every touchpoint, ensuring your campaigns bring measurable value to users and the business.

What you'll do

• Oversee lifecycle strategy across ConsenSys' product offering (in-app notifications, in-app banners, push notifications, full-screen modals, etc.)
• Determine the channel and messaging throughout a user's lifecycle (new user education, activation, engagement, retention)
• Work end-to-end on lifecycle campaigns, from strategy through creative briefing, targeting, QA, and results measurement
• Develop an experimentation roadmap across lifecycle channels, continuously testing and learning to identify the most effective content and messages for different audiences

What you bring

• 4-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing
• A track record building lifecycle user journeys from the ground up with minimal oversight on large user bases
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple experiments at different development stages
• Practical experience executing campaigns in Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) systems such as Braze
• Familiarity with marketing and analytical tools like Segment, Mixpanel, and Preset
• A data-driven, results-oriented, and customer-obsessed approach to your work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clarify complex ideas for a broad audience

What we offer

• US pay range of $115,000-$162,000 USD (excludes bonus, equity, and other benefits; adjusted for candidates outside the US based on location, experience, and skills)
