Senior Manager Cryptography

As a Senior Manager Cryptography at Deloitte, you lead the transition towards quantum-resistant cryptography to future-proof customer data. You shape the cryptography capability, drive business development and commercial activities, and lead the delivery of complex client engagements across sectors.

What you'll do

• Lead large and complex quantum cryptography projects, provide strategic direction, and oversee multiple project teams
• Develop new business opportunities and deepen customer relationships to strengthen Deloitte's position as a market leader in post-quantum cryptography
• Contribute to thought leadership within the cryptography domain and actively participate in relevant networks and conferences
• Manage diverse teams effectively on client engagements, support individuals in developing their technical expertise and career as a role model
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously and collaborate with experts across Deloitte globally
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders

What you bring

• At least 8 years of work experience with a focus on security and cryptography
• Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Demonstrated experience in business development including pipeline building, tender management, commercial negotiations, and closing deals
• People leadership experience including recruitment, performance management, mentoring, and scaling teams
• Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, key management, PKI, HSMs, and post-quantum cryptography concepts
• A valid passport issued by an EU or EEA country
• Proficiency in Dutch is desirable
