
Senior Manager, Tokenized Deposits On-Chain Orchestration / Integration Layer Delivery

What you bring
- 5+ years of experience leading technology teams
- 5+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Design and Programming
- 5+ years of software design, architecture, and a deep understanding of system integration patterns
- 5+ years of experience developing resilient workflow-based software solutions with Java and Spring, ideally using Microsoft SAGA or similar architectural pattern approaches
- Experience utilizing System Reliability Engineering in delivering high performance, highly resilient, and available mission-critical payments services
- Experience delivering software in a fast-paced, AI-assisted work environment
- 5+ years of Web3 and DeFi services delivery experience, with demonstrated deep understanding of Blockchain and Tokenization Core concepts and integration patterns
- Deep understanding of smart contract programming and deployment, including experience with Solidity, Rust, or Vyper development environments
- Prior experience with certifying and testing smart contracts using OpenZeppelin, Slither, Mythril, Echidna, and Foundry
- Prior implementation and programmability extension experience with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and/or ERC-4626 smart contracts in permissioned and public blockchains
- Deep understanding of low-level integration with permissioned Hyperledger Besu DLT networks or equivalent EVM-compatible enterprise DLT platforms, including monitoring and capturing underlying DLT events via JSON-RPC 2.0 and translating them into consumable JSON messages for the off-chain orchestration and integration layer
- Prior experience working with third-party on-chain orchestration vendors and digital assets custody service providers such as Quant, Anchorage, Kaleido, Consensys, Fireblocks, or similar
- Deep understanding of ECC or RSA cryptography, integration patterns between DLT wallets and enterprise-grade Key Management Systems (KMS) and Hardware Security Module (HSM) appliances for proper blockchain request signing and authorization, including raw signing or Multi-Party-Computation (MPC) in authorizing mint, transfer, and burn DLT operations
- Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standard
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns such as RESTful APIs, MQ, Kafka, and Batch
- Experience managing and supporting a 24/7 mission-critical payments system
- Experience with multiple delivery processes with a focus on Agile development methodologies
- A passion for simplifying and automating work and helping others
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Cloud platforms experience with technologies such as Dell VMC and Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
