Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist at Merkle Science, you optimize marketing technology and processes to align the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams around shared growth goals. You work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale Merkle Science's marketing operations function, creating the frameworks, automation, and reporting that accelerate growth for a blockchain transaction monitoring and intelligence platform.

What you'll do

• Optimize HubSpot strategy for full funnel alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Build and scale Merkle Science's marketing operations and insights function, establishing the right framework, automation, and reporting infrastructure
• Standardize campaign processes around lead capture, data capture, assignment, notification, and other workflows
• Develop reports analyzing key KPIs including marketing channel performance, funnel conversion rates, and other key conversion metrics
• Build the attribution model for the marketing organization and define marketing's impact on company growth
• Manage ongoing projects and communicate status effectively across stakeholders
• Balance long-term strategic projects with day-to-day demands across a growing go-to-market organization
• Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points
• Draft and maintain documentation of system architecture and processes

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
• Meticulous attention to detail, from data quality and field population to attribution logic and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
