Senior/ Principal Product Manager, Trading(Crypto.com App)

As a Senior Product Manager for Trading at Crypto.com, you own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. You drive trading product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, setting roadmap clarity, defining features, gathering customer insight, and shipping at global scale. You operate with independence within Trading's strategic priorities, making the call on what ships when while reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.

What you'll do

• Own the Trading roadmap, set milestones, surface dependencies, and keep strategic priorities honest by making prioritization calls when everything cannot ship at once.
• Define and ship trading experiences end-to-end: write specs, run user studies, iterate on feedback, partner with QA on test plans, and sign off on launches.
• Stay close to how traders actually behave by interviewing and observing customers, distinguishing what they say from what their behavior reveals.
• Cut hard tradeoffs between speed and depth, retail clarity and power-user needs, and compliance constraints versus product ambition, owning each decision.
• Drive market and competitive research that informs the roadmap and shows up in shipping decisions, not archived slide decks.
• Represent Trading across the company as the DRI in cross-functional forums with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth, making alignment your responsibility.
• Own a defined slice of the trading product line from inception through post-launch iteration, delivering outcomes rather than just shipping tickets.

What you bring

• Crypto and/or perpetuals build experience: you have shipped trading products in crypto or perpetuals and can point to what you owned, what you launched, and what moved in terms of volume, adoption, retention, or risk/UX outcomes.
• Shipped software or financial products at scale end-to-end, coordinating design, engineering, and go-to-market through a launch and handling dependency slips.
• Data-informed, user-obsessed approach: you instrument your own funnels, size opportunities, and prioritize without waiting for handed analysis, always through a trader's perspective.
• Cross-functional leadership without formal authority: you align Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth toward ship dates and unblock teams when they stall.
• AI-native workflow: you demonstrably use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent with human-in-the-loop judgment. This is required, not optional.

Nice to have

• Hands-on product or market knowledge in stocks, tokenized stocks, or options.
• Shipped retail trading or gamification experiences that make complex markets approachable without oversimplifying them.
• Global consumer product experience launching and iterating across regions with different regulatory and UX constraints.
