Senior Product Designer, DeFi

As a Senior Product Designer at Robinhood, you'll help shape the future of our decentralized finance experiences. DeFi is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in crypto, and the design problems you'll solve don't always have strong precedents. You'll drive product vision and execution across DeFi initiatives including Robinhood Chain and Robinhood Wallet, working closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and other cross-functional partners to ship best-in-class experiences.

What you'll do

• Drive outcomes end-to-end by partnering with product to define problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto
• Bring clarity to complexity by simplifying complex crypto concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces
• Uphold the craft bar by helping set the standard for design quality and product excellence across the team
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and generate early prototypes while guiding intent, structure, and quality

What you bring

• Strong product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership
• Active use of AI in your design workflow
• Solid systems thinking, balancing detail with the big picture
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a highly regulated environment
• Deep crypto knowledge, with fluency in the space required

What we offer

• Base salary of $166,000-$195,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC), $146,000-$172,000 USD (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL), or $129,000-$152,000 USD (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL), depending on location

Location: This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
