Senior Product Designer, DeFi

As a Senior Product Designer for DeFi at Robinhood, you'll drive product vision and execution across decentralized finance initiatives including Robinhood Chain and Robinhood Wallet. You'll work closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and other cross-functional partners to ship best-in-class experiences in one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in crypto. Design at Robinhood is AI-first, and this role is for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute.

What you'll do

• Drive outcomes end-to-end, partnering with product to define problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto
• Bring clarity to complexity by simplifying complex crypto concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces
• Uphold the craft bar and help set the standard for design quality and product excellence across the team
• Start with AI by using it to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and generate early prototypes while you guide intent, structure, and quality

What you bring

• Strong product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership
• Active use of AI in your design workflow
• Solid systems thinking, balancing detail with the big picture
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a highly regulated environment
• Deep crypto knowledge, or at minimum fluency in the space

• Base pay range varies by location: $166,000-$195,000 USD (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC), $146,000-$172,000 USD (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL), or $129,000-$152,000 USD (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL), plus bonus opportunities and equity

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
