Senior Product Designer (Wallets) - 100% Remote Worldwide

As a Senior Product Designer at Tether, you own design execution across our wallets, working directly with the Design Lead to shape where they go next. Wallets are where millions of people truly own their money, and you'll turn complex ideas into experiences that feel simple to first-time users.

What you'll do

• Own design execution end to end, from concept and prototype to launch and iteration
• Transform complex, conceptual ideas into experiences that feel simple to someone using a wallet for the first time
• Prototype fast and often with high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in days not weeks, using the best tools available including AI
• Partner daily with product, engineering and research, and present your work clearly to leadership
• Raise the bar for quality across everything we ship
• Contribute to strategic decisions about the future of our wallets

What you bring

• 5+ years of product design experience, with shipped live products in wallets, crypto or fintech
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design and prototyping
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI tools to accelerate ideation
• A working understanding of crypto networks, fees and self-custody, and how they shape what users experience
• A plain-language instinct: you make complex things feel obvious
• A proactive approach: you spot problems early and arrive with solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment where we ship weekly

Nice to have

• Experience designing for emerging markets or first-time financial users
• Design systems experience at scale
