Senior Product Manager, Asset (Fund Movement, Deposit & Withdrawal)

As a Senior Product Manager for Asset at OKX, you own the end-to-end product design and evolution of on-chain fund movement, deposits, and withdrawals for millions of users. You join the Asset Team, which delivers a top-tier asset management experience across crypto funding, portfolio management, and asset transparency. Your work ensures fund security, regulatory compliance, and seamless user experience as OKX scales its infrastructure globally.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product design and evolution of on-chain fund movement, allocation, and settlement capabilities, defining clear fund movement logic and controls to ensure fund security, traceability, auditability, and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements
• Own the infrastructure for on-chain deposits and withdrawals, with a focus on end-to-end stability and scalability, supporting integration of cross-functional modules including Risk and Compliance controls
• Build operational tools, monitoring capabilities, and standardized operating procedures for deposit, withdrawal, and fund movement operations to improve automation and enable efficient identification, investigation, and resolution of operational issues
• Partner closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product requirements, drive timely project delivery, and continuously monitor post-launch performance and operational health
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize infrastructure requirements in line with business and customer needs, establishing clear ownership and responsibilities across teams

What you bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, fintech, or business
• Prior working experience at well-known Internet or cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, or Coinbase, preferably in wallet and custody infrastructure, payments, clearing and settlement, or related transaction infrastructure
• A strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions
• A rigorous, detail-oriented approach with composure under pressure and a high sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in English as a working language, with Mandarin speaking mandatory
