Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Blockworks, you own a meaningful area of our product portfolio while developing three Product Managers who lead products across the platform. You stay close to customers, work directly with Design and Engineering, and help teams ship focused releases grounded in product vision and customer feedback.

What you'll do

• Develop Product Managers by setting clear expectations, giving direct feedback, and helping PMs grow while maintaining real ownership over their products
• Develop product strategy by turning customer needs, company objectives, and market opportunities into clear priorities and difficult tradeoffs
• Understand your customers by spending time with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to develop deep intuition and identify problems worth solving
• Raise the product bar by improving how Blockworks builds products through strengthening discovery, prioritization, and internal processes
• Ship and iterate by breaking ambitious ideas into focused releases that allow teams to learn quickly, then continuously improve based on usage and feedback

What you bring

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years directly managing Product Managers
• Strong product building skills: you have owned a meaningful product area from discovery through launch and can point to decisions and outcomes you produced
• Experience building enterprise software for sophisticated customers, ideally products that combine complex data, content, and workflows
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, integrations, and other technical product considerations
• A track record of improving how product teams operate, whether through discovery, feedback loops, planning, prioritization, or development processes

Nice to have

• Experience building products for institutional investors, asset managers, exchanges, or other financial market participants
• Products that sit directly inside an investor or analyst workflow, particularly those helping with asset discovery and underwriting
• Understanding of crypto markets and the industry, with direct experience building crypto products for institutional or professional users
• Experience launching new products from zero to one or commercializing enterprise products alongside Sales and Marketing
• Comfort thinking about how products make money, including building pricing models and packaging
• Comfort building prototypes to communicate ideas quickly without creating a time sink
