Senior Product Manager - Earn

As Senior Product Manager for Earn at Ledger, you own and grow one of Ledger Live's core value pillars: helping millions of users put their crypto to work safely, directly from self-custody. You define and drive the roadmap for Earn, spanning staking, stable yield savings, and partner-powered yield products, turning Ledger's security promise into a real, recurring source of value for users and the business.

What you'll do

• Define the vision and drive the roadmap for Earn, translating it into a clear, prioritized quarterly plan that balances new yield opportunities, platform scalability, and user trust
• Drive initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship features that work flawlessly on both the app and the device
• Use Mixpanel and other analytics tools to understand user behavior across the Earn funnel, identify drop-off points, and prioritize the roadmap based on evidence
• Partner with yield and staking partners, negotiate rev-share terms, and evaluate new integrations to expand earning opportunities for users
• Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance, especially given the regulatory sensitivity of yield-generating products in crypto
• Produce sharp, decision-ready documentation such as roadmaps, product vision docs, and dashboards that can be handed directly to leadership and collaborators without further editing

What you bring

• Proven experience in product strategy and ownership, with the ability to define vision and drive roadmaps end to end
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with analytics tools
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across product, engineering, design, and compliance functions
• Ability to write clear, compelling product documentation and communicate effectively with leadership
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements and building products in regulated or sensitive domains
