Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

As a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise at Blockstream, you lead the ongoing development and adoption of Blockstream Enterprise, a Bitcoin-focused software suite enabling banks, prime brokers and corporations to custody Bitcoin and manage tokenization and treasury operations. You join the Enterprise product team in EMEA, translating product vision into actionable roadmaps while engaging directly with customers, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Translate product vision into an actionable roadmap, own the product narrative, and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
• Engage with engineering in technical conversations, understand the implications of technical decisions, and align engineering work to product goals
• Lead project execution, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, coordinate the work of teammates, and clearly communicate goals and status across the organization
• Identify product opportunities and translate them into clear milestones and artefacts aligned with business objectives
• Support continuous discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory and market news, and identify emerging trends
• Conduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals, and identify gaps in the product roadmap
• Drive product requirements and product documentation, collaborating with engineering, design, business and marketing teams
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to support or challenge product assumptions and feature requests

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment with a proven track record of delivering impact
• Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle
• Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts
• Comfort with the pace and scrappiness within a growing startup
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Based in Lugano or Geneva, Switzerland

Nice to have

• Prior work experience on Bitcoin-related products
• Experience with enterprise-focused crypto products and their adoption among businesses from the traditional finance sector
• Deep understanding of traditional financial systems, services and products
• A holistic understanding of the major interoperable cash-generating units within global money center banks: commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset management
• Prior knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem
• Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian
