60 salaries · our own dataMost product roles in crypto pay between $180k and $246k, with a median of $197k.
As a Senior Product Manager at Paystand, you own the full product development lifecycle for Paystand's B2B payments platform in the LATAM market. This operator-focused role is designed for a builder who thrives on shipping high-quality features and navigating regional financial complexities. You will bridge technical complexity and user value, unblock engineering squads, manage tight release cycles, and directly drive the velocity of the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Own the product backlog, user stories, and requirements from initial concept through deployment, ensuring features match business requirements and technical specs.
- Drive day-to-day operations of your product area through sprint planning, unblocking engineering teams, and making trade-off decisions to keep features on track.
- Work daily with Engineering and Design to translate complex financial and ERP requirements into clear, buildable tasks and act as the primary technical point of contact for architectural integrity.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as release quality, cycle time, and adoption rates, then lead post-launch analysis to iterate and improve features immediately.
- Maintain a high-quality, prioritized backlog by proactively identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and keeping the team focused on the most impactful work.
- Own the LATAM product roadmap, leading product discovery and delivery efforts tailored to the regional ecosystem, including core LATAM products such as Yaydoo and PorCobrar.
What you bring
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platform environments.
- An operator mindset: you prefer working in the weeds with engineers to solve technical blockers over high-level conceptual planning.
- Technical fluency with APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures. You can hold your own in technical debates with engineers.
- A proven track record of shipping complex features in high-velocity environments with demonstrated examples of products you have built and how you managed their development lifecycle.
- Systems thinking to decompose complex financial workflows such as AR/AP, Reconciliation, and ERP integration into manageable, shippable components.
- Deep experience with Mexican and LATAM financial regulations, billing ecosystems such as CFDI/SAT in Mexico and DIAN in Colombia, and local fintech or ERP landscapes.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with ERP ecosystems such as NetSuite.
- Experience in the payments or financial infrastructure space, including LATAM payment rails like SPEI.
- Experience driving product-led growth (PLG) initiatives in B2B.
What we offer
- Generous PTO and sick leave.
- Free snacks and paid lunches in the office.
- Major Medical Health Insurance.
- Food vouchers and savings funds.
- Stock options.
- Best-in-class tools and equipment.
- Endless growth opportunities as the company rapidly expands.
