Senior Product Manager, Onchain

As a Senior Product Manager on Mesh's Core team, you will lead the execution strategy for expanding our crypto payment infrastructure. The Core team builds the foundational systems handling crypto transfers, bridging logic, and network connectivity. Your initial mandate is to aggressively expand Mesh's footprint by leading our integration strategy for Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) and Web3 Wallets.

What you'll do

• Own execution for the Core team, fixing broken processes and unblocking engineering teams while taking pride in operational details.
• Expand Mesh's network coverage by owning the execution for integrating new crypto exchanges and standardizing connections with self-custodial wallets.
• Partner with the Head of Core and senior engineers to architect scalable, standardized routing logic as you add dozens of new connections, writing clear specs and mapping out edge cases.
• Ruthlessly optimize and automate your own workflows, treating your time as the company's most valuable resource and using modern tools such as AI and scripts to scale your output for high-impact problem solving.
• Collaborate tightly with Engineering and Business Development to prioritize the right integrations and ensure core connectivity meets the SLAs required by enterprise clients.

What you bring

• 3+ years of building and shipping hard things; traditional technical PM experience is preferred but not strictly required.
• Raw intellectual horsepower and the ability to rapidly deconstruct complex systems such as APIs, ledgers, and financial routing, then explain them simply.
• A demonstrated history of working incredibly hard and caring deeply about the output of your work, with a proactive approach rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Comfort reading technical documentation, discussing API payloads, and debating architectural tradeoffs with engineers; you can design systems without necessarily writing code.

• Annual base salary of $186,000-$241,000 in San Francisco and New York, with adjustments for other locations based on market and location-based pay bands.
