Senior Product Manager - Pro Onboarding

As Senior Product Manager for Pro Onboarding at Kraken, you own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Kraken Pro's web and mobile trading platforms globally. Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions, offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services. You'll drive continuous UX improvement by identifying friction points, understanding the Pro customer deeply, and partnering with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements that get clients to their first trade faster and with more conviction.

What you'll do

• Own the onboarding experience for Kraken Pro globally, end to end, from first landing through a client's first trade
• Constantly assess the funnel to identify what's working, what's not, and drive continuous UX improvement
• Deeply understand the Pro customer - who they are, what they need in their first days, how to communicate with them, and what gets them excited to trade
• Analyse onboarding data to pinpoint the biggest friction points, where clients drop off, and the highest-leverage opportunities
• Design the experience to build trust at every step, guiding clients through onboarding with confidence
• Get clients to their first trade (their "aha moment") faster and with more conviction
• Partner closely with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to turn insight into shipped improvements
• Use AI to see the funnel more clearly and move faster, from surfacing friction points and predicting drop-off to personalising the onboarding path and messaging per client

What you bring

• 4+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented UX work
• Sharp product sense for user experience - able to spot friction, simplify complex flows, and design for trust and excitement
• Strong data fluency: comfortable defining success metrics, analysing funnels, and turning data into prioritised action
• Excellent written and verbal communication able to bring stakeholders along with clear narratives and numbers
• A customer-first instinct genuinely curious about who the user is and what would make them excited to trade
• Fluency working with AI tools day to day to analyse data, personalise experiences, and speed up your work as a PM
• Passion for crypto and trading, with a strong belief in Kraken Pro's mission
