Senior Product Manager - Risk Platform

As Senior Product Manager for the Risk Platform at OKX, you lead the development of fraud prevention and risk management systems that protect the company and millions of users. You own the product roadmap and strategy for OKX's Risk Platform, working across risk strategy, analytics, engineering, compliance, and operations to balance financial safety, customer experience, and business growth.

What you'll do

• Drive the Risk Platform product roadmap, strategy and execution; align risk product initiatives with business, engineering and risk strategy teams to balance financial losses, customer experience and business growth
• Develop and champion product features including decision engines and feature stores that empower data strategy and data science teams to implement decision strategies across the user journey and detect and prevent fraud, account takeover (ATO), and scams
• Lead machine learning and AI model projects as the foundation of the Risk Platform; work with data science, data analysts, ML engineers and developers to build, implement, monitor and continuously improve model services
• Define and monitor metrics at all levels to measure product success; drive epic and sprint level prioritization and product backlog grooming
• Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement and optimization of the customer experience
• Lead and drive the entire product research, design and development process with cross-functional stakeholders through strong collaboration

What you bring

• A Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline (or a Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience)
• 5+ years of product management experience in risk management, with familiarity with risk decision engines, modeling services and risk analytics tooling
• Ability to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and communicate clearly to engineering, business, partnerships, operations and other cross-functional teams
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development; high proficiency in technical product, system and implementation details
• Proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including research, design, delivery and launch
• Data-oriented mindset; experience identifying, defining and tracking impact metrics and KPIs while working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• Demonstrated ability leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and machine learning
• Crypto, blockchain experience or a passion for Bitcoin, DeFi and blockchain technology
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
