As a Senior Product Manager on the Trading team at Crypto.com, you drive product initiatives from inception through execution, architecting and managing features that help shape how people deal with money. You collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to ship remarkable products and features across a global platform serving over 80 million customers.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind
- Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, and help write test plans with QA to ship products and features in a timely manner
- Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
- Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh necessary tradeoffs
- Perform market research and analysis
- Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
- Manage specific features within the product line
What you bring

- Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
- The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Humility in your work and how you work with others
- Demonstrable use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or LibreChat with human-in-the-loop practices
