Senior Product Manager - Wallet

As Senior Product Manager for Wallet at Monee, you drive the strategy, development, and execution of financial products within Shopee's ecosystem. You act as the key link between business, engineering, and design teams, delivering scalable and user-centric solutions across payment processing, digital wallets, consumer credit, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. You balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth while collaborating closely with regional stakeholders across Asia.

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for financial services products, including payments, digital wallets, credit, fraud prevention, and compliance
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and customer discovery to launch, adoption, and optimization
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks to drive data-informed decisions
• Monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve customer experience and business outcomes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including Pix, Open Finance, and Central Bank requirements
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, risks, and results to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Collaborate with regional teams to align global initiatives with the needs of Brazil and LATAM markets
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to product excellence across the organization

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Tools
• Experience with SQL, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and product analytics tools
• Advanced or fluent English
• Strong communication skills: the ability to simplify complexity and tell stories with data for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in product management
• Experience with financial products such as digital wallets, payments, consumer credit, or benefits platforms
