Senior Product Marketing Specialist - Bitpanda Fusion

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist for Bitpanda Fusion, you own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding strategy for new Fusion customers. You take full ownership of the user journey from first touchpoint through registration, KYC, initial deposit, first trade, and early retention, working with cross-functional teams to drive qualified active traders to the platform.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding strategy for new Fusion customers, taking full ownership of the user journey from first touchpoint through registration, KYC, initial deposit, first trade, and early retention.
• Build and continuously optimize acquisition funnels targeted at active traders and high-value crypto customers, identifying and removing friction across every stage of the onboarding journey.
• Develop scalable acquisition channels across paid, owned, community, affiliate, referral, and partner ecosystems, with a strong focus on measurable customer growth, including building strategic partnerships with trading communities, educators, affiliates, and key platforms to drive qualified new traders to Fusion.
• Design targeted CRM and lifecycle journeys that convert registered users into funded and actively trading customers.
• Develop acquisition propositions, landing pages, campaigns, and onboarding materials that clearly communicate why active traders should choose Fusion as their trading venue, while monitoring competitor acquisition strategies, incentives, pricing, and trader propositions.

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in growth, customer acquisition, or product-led growth, ideally at a crypto exchange, broker, trading platform, fintech, or similar digital financial product, including experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Operations.
• Proven experience building and optimizing digital acquisition and onboarding funnels, with a strong understanding of conversion optimization and funnel analytics.
• A strong analytical mindset and ability to translate customer and funnel data into actionable growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build acquisition through a combination of performance marketing, CRM, referrals, affiliates, communities, and strategic partnerships, alongside a strong commercial understanding of metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation rate, funded-account conversion, retention, ARPU, and trading volume.
• A good understanding of active trading and the needs of experienced traders, including order types, technical charting, APIs, crypto derivatives, margin, and maker-taker fee models.
