Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter at Coinbase, you join the Core Recruiting team within People Success, owning full-lifecycle recruiting across your portfolio of G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT functions. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, build strong pipelines, and contribute to process improvements that help the recruiting team scale across global markets.

What you'll do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across your portfolio, with flexibility to support both G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity
• Partner with hiring managers across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and deliver a strong candidate and interviewer experience
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets

What you bring

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions
• Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets, with flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions as priorities evolve
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
• A data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations for hiring managers
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

What we offer

• Annual base salary of $130,900-$154,000 USD, varying by location
