Senior Sales Manager – Cyprus | Payments & Crypto Acquiring

As a Senior Sales Manager at Collect Group, you drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets for a fast-growing player in international payments and crypto-acquiring. You develop and execute client and partner growth strategies, build strong commercial partnerships, and lead sales, business development, and customer success teams in a regulated environment.

What you'll do

• Manage strategic deals and key client relationships
• Represent the company at international fintech exhibitions and events
• Optimize sales processes through data-driven improvements

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in EMI, Payments, or Crypto within a regulated environment
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
• Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals
• Ability to manage sales KPIs and performance metrics
• Deep understanding of payment platforms, banking, and digital assets
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth
• Excellent English communication skills
