Senior Social Media Manager — AI & Web3

As a Senior Social Media Manager at Shlenpower, you own social distribution and organic audience growth across Attractor, an AI platform for creators, and Dlicom, a Web3-powered social app. You work alongside a dedicated Head of Content and our design, video, and community teams to reach the right audiences, grow our channels, and turn attention into meaningful product adoption. You take ownership, bring ideas, and make decisions without waiting for daily instructions. You report to the CMO and work Monday through Friday with daily stand-ups and agreed overlap with Dubai working hours.

What you'll do

• Own channel strategy and audience growth across both brands: define each channel's purpose, target audience, publishing cadence, and growth priorities. Understand who you need to reach and verify whether your content is actually attracting those people.
• Manage publishing and delivery for both brands. Own the publishing calendar, turn marketing priorities into clear briefs for the Head of Content covering audience, objective, platforms, deliverables, deadline, and intended action. Coordinate production timelines and manage scheduled and real-time publishing.
• Build distribution beyond posting. Participate in relevant conversations, manage brand replies, and develop relationships with creators, projects, and communities. Organise collaborations, X Spaces, co-marketing, and audience activities. Propose budgets with clear objectives and report on results.
• Stay immersed in AI, Web3, and social platforms. Follow emerging projects, major ecosystems, market narratives, competitors, and platform developments daily. Identify relevant trends, audience feedback, and distribution opportunities.
• Own analytics and experimentation. Track audience growth, reach, engagement quality, referral traffic, and attributable sign-ups. Run regular tests and deliver weekly reports explaining what worked, what didn't, and what should change.
• Keep execution reliable. Coordinate with content and production teams, flag blockers early, maintain secure account access, and follow approval rules. Handle launches and sensitive conversations with sound judgment.

What you bring

• 5+ years in social media or organic growth, with verifiable examples of accounts you personally managed and grew. Strong hands-on X experience and evidence of video-platform growth are essential.
• Genuine AI and Web3 knowledge. You actively follow these markets, understand their communities, and can communicate with both enthusiasts and mainstream users.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong editorial judgment and an instinct for internet culture.
• Strong platform and analytical skills. You understand discovery and distribution mechanics, use native analytics and scheduling tools, and can translate data into practical decisions.
• Independent ownership and organisation. You can prioritise across two brands, brief creative teams clearly, manage budgets responsibly, and stay effective during fast-moving launches.
