Senior Software Engineer, Liquidity Management (C#/.NET)

As a Senior Software Engineer on Ripple Treasury's Liquidity Management team, you'll pioneer and scale the platform that gives enterprise treasury professionals real-time transparency into their organization's cash and liquidity positions across banks, accounts, currencies, and legal entities worldwide. You'll work at the intersection of complex financial workflows and modern software engineering, rebuilding the system from the ground up with a bold vision: a modern, intuitive user experience; a cloud-native architecture built on the latest technologies; and first-class support for both traditional fiat currencies and digital assets.

What you'll do

• Leverage Azure services to craft scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly resilient cloud-based solutions
• Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional testing (performance, security) to ensure your software is production-ready
• Implement world-class observability to derive deep application insights, performance and usage data, and solve problems before they become critical
• Share your enthusiasm for tech trends, explore and learn new technologies, engage with tech communities, mentor fellow engineers, and lead in technical design and code evaluations
• Continuously seek ways to enhance team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices, striving for excellence in every practice
• Participate in the team's YBIYRI model (you-build-it-you-run-it), which includes on-call pager rotation

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of application development experience
• Deep knowledge and expertise in .NET and C#
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Azure Services
• Skill in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps
• Proven ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
• Well-versed in modern practices for cloud architecture and deployment
• Ability to operate effectively within an agile development environment
