(Senior) Systems Engineer (Solana) - Remote Germany/Europe (m/f/d)

As a Systems Engineer at Staking Facilities, you operate and maintain validator nodes on Solana, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of critical blockchain infrastructure. You join a well-established blockchain infrastructure company with over 9 years of history, managing high-performance bare-metal private infrastructure across Europe, including a custom-built network stack of private fiber connectivity, bespoke servers, and proprietary software.

What you'll do

• Ensure continuous operation of Solana systems and perform updates
• Monitor performance and tune Solana infrastructure for optimal efficiency
• Proactively identify and implement new approaches to extend and accelerate setup in the Solana ecosystem
• Automate node deployment and operations using Ansible and Terraform
• Collaborate with traders to support their infrastructure performance needs
• Communicate and coordinate with partners
• Participate in on-call duty rotation
