(Senior) Systems Engineer (Solana) - Remote (m/f/d)

As a Systems Engineer at Staking Facilities, you operate and maintain critical Solana validator infrastructure on a 24/7/365 basis. You join a well-established blockchain infrastructure company with over 9 years of history, managing high-performance bare-metal private infrastructure across Europe, including custom-built servers and a private fiber network.

What you'll do

• Ensure continuous operation of Solana systems and perform updates
• Monitor performance and tune systems for optimal efficiency
• Proactively identify new avenues for extending and accelerating setup in the Solana ecosystem
• Automate node deployment and operations using Ansible and Terraform
• Collaborate with traders to help resolve infrastructure performance issues
• Communicate with partners regarding infrastructure and operations
• Participate in the on-call duty rotation

What you bring

• Strong Linux and systems engineering skills, with Solana validator experience highly valued
• Fluency in English
• Proven ability to design and critically think about system architecture
• Background in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet the team in person and attend conferences
