Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at TRM Labs, you'll drive talent acquisition for a Series C AI-powered intelligence company backed by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer, Y Combinator, and others. You'll build and execute a high-velocity recruiting engine across engineering, data science, go-to-market, and people teams, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing through offer for hard-to-fill technical roles.

What you'll do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits top talent across multiple teams and roles.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, ATS setup, job posting, interview process design, candidate screening, and closing.
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint in the hiring process.
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach to build diverse and exceptional teams.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency through data-driven insights and process optimization.

What you bring

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven expertise in hiring hard-to-fill roles, with strong sourcing tool proficiency, market research skills, and ability to develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new roles and requirements, demonstrating flexibility, curiosity, and high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, manage expectations, and act as a strategic hiring partner.
• Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets.
• Applied AI fluency: you use AI to accelerate workflows, structure problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage in your recruiting craft.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $153,000 to $172,000, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan.
• Fully remote work with async communication and collaboration across time zones.
• Structured alignment through weekly hiring syncs, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings.
• Flexibility with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST business hours (most team overlap between 7am-12pm PST) to enable real-time collaboration.
