Senior Technical Recruiter – Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence (Contractor)

As a Senior Technical Recruiter on TRM Labs' Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence team, you will drive talent acquisition for roles across the organization. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. You will help identify, engage, and hire top talent to support TRM's mission of building a safer world.

What you'll do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits top talent across a variety of roles and teams
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, ATS configuration, job posting, interview process design, candidate screening, and hiring team calibration
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach to build a diverse and exceptional team
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint of the recruitment process
• Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency through data-driven insights and experimentation

What you bring

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
• 2+ years of tech recruiting experience within cybersecurity or threat intelligence companies
• Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles, with expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies
• Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to inform strategy
• Flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious targets
• Applied AI fluency: the ability to use AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage

What we offer

• 1099 contract position for 40 hours per week with an initial 6-month contract term
• Fully remote work across time zones with a required 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
• Weekly hiring syncs for each role, weekly team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings for structured alignment
