Senior/Lead Product Manager - Professional Trading Tools & Experience

As a Senior or Lead Product Manager at OKX, you will lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of professional trading tools and the end-to-end trading experience. This role focuses on products for active and professional traders, spanning advanced market analysis, trading workflows, order execution, position and risk management, workspace customisation, and selected automation capabilities. You will develop a deep understanding of how professional traders use leading platforms such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, and Quantower, and translate those insights into a differentiated, reliable, and intuitive trading experience.

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of professional trading tools and the broader trading experience
• Build a deep understanding of active and professional traders, including their daily workflows, trading behaviours, pain points, and expectations
• Lead the development and improvement of market analysis, charting, order execution, position management, account monitoring, and workspace customisation
• Identify opportunities to introduce advanced trading and automation capabilities that improve efficiency while keeping users in control of their trading decisions
• Improve the quality of the end-to-end trading journey, from discovering an opportunity and placing an order through execution, position monitoring, and post-trade review
• Ensure the product meets professional standards for performance, stability, accuracy, usability, and transparency, particularly during periods of high market volatility
• Conduct structured user research and competitor analysis across professional trading terminals, charting platforms, and trading automation products
• Define product success metrics and use customer feedback, behavioural data, and trading data to evaluate performance and guide priorities
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, quantitative research, risk, compliance, operations, customer support, and commercial teams
• Translate complex trader needs and market concepts into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences
• Manage technical and commercial trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple teams and product areas
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders and distributed teams
• Support and mentor other product managers and contribute to the broader trading product strategy

What you bring

• 5-7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex user-facing products
• Meaningful experience building professional trading tools, trading terminals, charting or market-data products, execution products, or trading automation solutions
• Relevant experience from equities, futures, options, FX, commodities, multi-asset platforms, or crypto (direct experience at a crypto company is not required)
• A strong understanding of electronic trading workflows, including market data, order placement and execution, position management, margin, P&L, and risk controls
• Familiarity with leading professional trading products such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, Quantower, or comparable platforms
• A strong understanding of the needs of active traders and the ability to simplify sophisticated trading workflows without removing essential control or flexibility
• Experience owning the full product lifecycle, including research, strategy, prioritisation, requirements, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Strong product judgement and the ability to balance customer value, usability, technical complexity, business impact, operational risk, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to use qualitative research and quantitative data to make product decisions
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams on real-time, data-intensive, or high-performance products
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority
• Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-moving, remote-friendly environment
• Excellent written and spoken English, as English is the working language for meetings, documentation, and daily collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto spot, perpetual futures, options, CEX, DEX, or on-chain trading products
• Hands-on familiarity with professional trading platforms or experience as an active trader
• Experience with advanced trading features, algorithmic execution, trading automation, or exchange connectivity
• Experience building products across web, desktop, and mobile trading environments
• Knowledge of exchange APIs, real-time market-data infrastructure, or broker and exchange integrations
• A technical, quantitative, engineering, economics, finance, or mathematics background
