Senior/Principal Product Manager, User Onboarding & Growth (Crypto.com App)

As a Senior Product Manager for User Onboarding & Growth at Crypto.com, you own the customer onboarding journey across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. Onboarding is where regulatory requirements, customer acquisition, and time-to-first-value converge. You'll also take on trading product work within six months, running both the onboarding-and-growth charter and a meaningful trading slice with full independence over roadmap, prioritization, and execution.

What you'll do

• Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end, setting the roadmap for account opening, identity verification, KYC requirements, and platform capabilities while balancing conversion, speed, risk, and regulatory obligations
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referral, new-user incentives, and time-to-first-value, partnering with Marketing on acquisition mechanics and remaining accountable for post-acquisition outcomes
• Instrument and improve the funnel by identifying drop-off points, sizing opportunities, shipping interventions, and measuring completion and activation without waiting for others to provide analysis
• Extend the onboarding platform across products by adapting capabilities built for the Main App to other platforms and future product surfaces without creating fragmented journeys or one-off systems
• Own a meaningful trading slice alongside the Trading team, connecting onboarding to first trade and continued participation while holding substantive trading product conversations
• Lead across functions by aligning Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading around priorities, dependencies, and launch decisions, re-planning when regulation or delivery constraints change

What you bring

• Proven ownership of consumer onboarding and growth together, with concrete examples of activation, referral, acquisition, or time-to-value problems you solved and the metrics that moved
• Experience shipping account opening or KYC in a regulated product, with ability to describe how identity, country rules, or regulatory changes affected the funnel and how you adapted without treating compliance as a black box
• Track record extending a shared onboarding capability across products or markets, explaining how you reused the platform while adapting the journey to a new product, brand, or regulatory context
• Sufficient trading-product depth to take ownership, having owned or worked deeply on a trading, brokerage, investing, or first-trade journey with ability to discuss customer mechanics and tradeoffs independently
• Senior individual contributor mindset to run two connected charters, make prioritization calls, and ship through ambiguity without needing structural direction from a manager

Nice to have

• Experience working on consumer crypto products and ability to ramp quickly into Crypto.com's trading journeys
• Experience with multi-asset products such as stocks, tokenized assets, options, or brokerage platforms
• Familiarity with prediction markets or sports products
• Experience adapting onboarding or trading journeys across different regulatory and customer contexts in multi-market consumer products
