Senior/Staff Engineer, Liquidity Platform, Structured OTC

As a Senior/Staff Engineer on OKX's Liquidity Platform Structured OTC team, you will work closely with liquidity managers and product teams to develop and optimize trading strategies. You'll own the strategy production environment, ensuring it remains stable, scalable, and robust for 24/7 crypto trading operations while managing inventory, risk, and strategic problem-solving across the platform.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the technical lead, liquidity managers, and product managers on strategy discussion and technical solution design
• Own the strategy production environment for both feature buildout and infrastructure upgrades to improve performance
• Continuously improve strategies to be more stable, scalable, and robust with auto-recovery ability for round-the-clock crypto trading
• Run projects by maintaining a deep understanding of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business
